Rental Waiver
All renters must complete the waiver before your rental. Sign the waiver online.
Rental Regulations
Applies to motorized watercraft only. Anyone driving / operating the watercraft must:
- Be 18 or older; if born after January 1, 1989, hold a boater safety certificate.
- Sign the rental agreement at pickup or complete the online rental agreement.
- Sign off on the Wisconsin state boating laws instruction sheet at handoff or online.
- Read through the boat operation checklist.
- Meet all age restrictions listed in the rental agreement.
Age restriction

Rental regulation and cancellation policy
- 100% payout for cancellations made within 2 days of the booking start time.
- Renters may be charged a cleaning fee if applicable.
- Weather policy: If inclement weather persists the day of rental due to rain or high winds, you can cancel that morning and we will refund the balance. We will also do our best to reschedule for another day if possible.
